The classrooms have been tiled, furnished and fitted with ceiling fans to help in the hot weather. Enrolment in the Carter Lower Basic (primary) section commenced in September 2007 with the first batch of children ‘graduating’ from the Nursery section. A wall has been built around the school area for safety, encompassing the classroom blocks and play area. Obviously more classes involves more teachers and maintenance but the results are so rewarding.
